With a set of Engine Run classes for popular aircraft--a key, fundamental Essentials of Troubleshooting course, and APU Line Maintenance classes: The technician can be well prepared for keeping the fleet ready to travel.

Engine Run and Taxi (with Initial)

FAA-accepted 8-hour of instruction covering the necessary procedures and practices to perform a successful engine run session with the facility’s aircraft. (Pilot is required during training.)

Engine Run and Taxi (without Initial)

FAA-accepted 16-hour instruction covering the necessary procedures and practices to perform a successful engine run session with the facility’s aircraft. (Pilot is required during training.)

Essentials of Troubleshooting

FAA-accepted 8-hour of instruction covering a four-step troubleshooting process plan using instructional exercises in a classroom setting. Discussions on use of various schematics and test equipment, plus the analysis, resolution, or repair process.

APU (T-20)

FAA-accepted 12-hour of instruction supplementing the understanding of the APS 500 auxiliary power unit found in AMM ATA 49. Covers functions, routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of components.

APU (T39-40)

FAA-accepted 12-hour of instruction supplementing the understanding of the APS 500 auxiliary power unit found in AMM ATA 49. Covers functions, routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of components.
