- Why won’t my computer load e-learning lessons?

Answer: You need to add http://global.gjselearning.com/ to your Trusted Sites
How: Change your Internet Explorer Security settings.
- Open up Internet Explorer
- In the Internet Explorer menu click Tools - Internet Options - Security Tab
- Select the Trusted Sites green Check Mark
- Now Click the Sites button
- Type in the provided text area: http://global.gjselearning.com/
- Uncheck the box that says - Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone
- Now click the "Add" button to add our site to your trusted sites list and click the "Close" button
- Click the "OK" button and Close Internet Explorer and reopen it.
- NOTE: Most companies lock you out from editing any of these settings, so please contact your IT department for assistance.

Answer: Disable or Update your toolbars
How: In Internet Explorer, click View - Mouse over “Toolbars” and uncheck any toolbars that do not come with Internet Explorer. Examples are Google, Yahoo, Lexmark, MSN, etc.
If this solved your problem, you should go back to the provider (Google, Yahoo, Lexmark, MSN, etc.) and update the toolbar.
View Menu IE6-IE8
- Open up Internet Explorer
- In the Internet Explorer menu click View
- Put mouse cursor over “Toolbars”
- Uncheck any toolbars that do not come with Internet Explorer. Examples are Google, Yahoo, Lexmark, MSN, Ask, etc.
- Close Internet Explorer and reopen it.
Tools Menu IE7-IE8
- Open up Internet Explorer
- In the Internet Explorer menu click Tools
- Put mouse cursor over “Manage Add-ons”
- Select “Enable or Disable Add-ons..”
- When the pop-up window opens you will see a list of the currently loaded add-ons
- Highlight an Add-on from the list, under the list is a settings section that lets you “Enable” or “Disable” the add-on
- Disable the tool bars you think may be causing the problem and then Click “OK” to exit.
- Close Internet Explorer and reopen it.
If this solved your problem, you should go back to the provider (Google, Yahoo, Lexmark, MSN, etc.) and update the toolbar.
NOTE: A known bug has been found in Lexmark toolbar and older versions of Yahoo toolbar have caused this problem.

Answer: Allow port 1935 or Streaming Video in your firewall settings.
To test go to the Adobe Help Article to see if your network is blocking steaming video ports.
How: Each firewall is different, if you’re behind a corporate network put a request in to your Help Desk / IT department. Have the IT department go to the Frequently Asked Questions page that you are currently on and let them know that you’re experiencing this issue and need to allow streaming video to play from gjselearning.com.
